01 · The brief

Cooper's Cut opened in March 2026 inside 10 Trinity Square, the former Port of London Authority building, taking over from a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. The new steakhouse needed an identity worthy of a Grade II* listed Beaux-Arts landmark that still felt modern at the table.

02 · The idea

Precision meets flame. The restaurant is named after Sir Edwin Cooper, the architect behind the building, so the brand borrows from his world: a monogram cut like an architectural detail, collage drawn from the building's archive, and a palette of racing green, oxblood and brass.

03 · What we made

A monogram, menus and a story told by the building.
