About these terms

FourthAxis is a design studio run by Karmveer Singh, based in New Delhi, India ("we", "us"). "You" means the person or business using this site or commissioning work. When you accept a quote, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

The work, text and images on this site are shown for portfolio purposes. Client brands and logos belong to their owners. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. We keep the site accurate but make no guarantee it is always available or error-free.

Quotes and scope

• Every project starts with a written quote setting out the deliverables, timeline and price.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Payment

• Prices are in USD unless your quote says otherwise, and exclude any taxes or bank fees.
• Projects: 50% upfront to book the work, 50% before final files are released.
• Single creatives: paid in full before delivery.
• Retainers: billed monthly in advance. Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

Revisions and approvals

Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Further rounds, or changes after you approve a stage, are billed at our hourly rate. Delays in feedback may move the delivery date.

Your materials

You confirm that any text, images, logos or data you send us are yours to use or properly licensed, and that the content you ask us to produce is lawful. You are responsible for checking final artwork, including spelling, prices, legal and allergen information, before it is printed or published.

Ownership and licences

• Once paid in full, you own the final approved artwork and receive the files listed in your quote.
• Rejected concepts, drafts and working files remain ours unless agreed otherwise.
• Fonts, stock images and third-party assets are licensed under their own terms, which may need to be bought in your name.
• We may show the finished work in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us not to or we have signed an NDA.

Confidentiality

We keep your briefs, plans and unpublished work confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA, and for white-label work an NDA is standard.

Cancellations

Either side can end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and the upfront deposit is non-refundable once work has started. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

Liability

We take care with every job, but our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, or for printing or production errors in artwork you approved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction. This does not remove any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
